Included in the price

Review investor and activity eligibility, the document checklist and the file of one foreign company or Premium Residency holder, as the available route permits. Scope covers up to 3 compatible service activities not subject to special sector approval.
Prepare and submit one investment registration application to the Ministry of Investment, and follow up on observations within the agreed activity and ownership structure. Investment registration is the current name for the procedure previously known as investment licensing.
Reserve one trade name and form one limited liability company with up to 2 partners and one registered location: prepare standard articles of association, record partner details and authorities, and follow up on approval and commercial registration issuance. Articles and registration are part of the formation process and are not charged separately.
Verify and complete essential files with ZATCA, GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, the Chamber of Commerce and the business National Address. Includes one VAT registration application if eligible. Automatically created files are reviewed and activated where needed.
Prepare one Arabic employment contract draft using the Qiwa template, with two rounds of data amendments to the standard contracts before approval. Actual employee contract authentication, recruitment and service transfers are excluded.
One file coordinator, weekly progress updates, copies of documents and a schedule of upcoming obligations at handover, plus corrections to data in the completed work for 30 days after handover.

Not included

All government fees, Ministry of Investment charges, formation, commercial registration, trade name, Chamber and National Address fees, and platform subscriptions. Tax, if applicable, is itemized separately in the quotation.
Translation, attestation, apostilles, overseas notarization, powers of attorney, shipping and travel, capital, premises, rent and insurance.
The general manager's visa and residency, workforce visas and transfers, Saudization, bank account opening or guaranteed acceptance, ongoing operations, accounting and periodic returns.
Municipal, safety and sector licenses or restricted activities; trading, manufacturing, regulated professions, regional headquarters and foreign company branches; additional partners or locations beyond the defined scope.
Shareholder agreements, bespoke legal drafting, commercial contracts, court representation and specialist legal opinions. Included contracts are limited to standard articles of association and an employment contract draft.

Eligibility and requirements

The appropriate route is confirmed after reviewing the foreign company's documents or the Premium Residency holder's eligibility, activity, ownership and authorized representative. Formation requests are accepted after investor and activity eligibility checks. The client supplies documents, authorizations and an eligible address, and completes signing or attendance when required by the authority.

Delivery and follow-up

The delivery schedule is set after document review. Follow-up on observations on the original application is included; authority delays alone do not incur additional service fees. Changes to activity or ownership after work begins, or a separate appeal against rejection, require a new scope and price approved by the client.

Prepare and submit one municipal commercial license application for one activity at compliant premises, once the client supplies the premises documents and required certificates.
Organize documents and provide a schedule of upcoming obligations, two rounds of data amendments before approval, and corrections to data in the completed work for 30 days after handover.

Investment registration and company formation; cleaning contracts, safety certificates, drawings, inspections and premises preparation; specialist sector licenses.

Eligibility and requirements

Suitable for a Saudi or GCC owner eligible for the local route. The activity must be defined and a compliant address, premises documents and municipal license requirements supplied. Eligibility is reviewed before package acceptance.

Delivery and follow-up

Work begins after requirements, authorizations and external fee payments are complete. The timeline is stated in the quotation after activity and premises review; submitting an application does not guarantee a license will be issued.

Eligibility and requirements

For Saudi or GCC partners eligible for the local route, subject to ownership and activity review. Ownership shares and management arrangements must be agreed, and compliant premises documents supplied before the municipal license application.

Delivery and follow-up

The timeline is set after reviewing partner, activity and premises documents. Approvals, signatures and fee payments are the client's responsibility; any scope expansion requires a separate quotation before execution.

Before any commitment: We review eligibility and documents, then issue a quotation separating Ejada fees, external charges and tax if applicable. The price is fixed for the stated scope; additional work requires prior approval. Submitting a request requires no payment, and final approval rests with the relevant authority. A service included in a package is not charged again as a separate request.

Fees, contracts and handover

Government fees depend on the activity, entity and actual applications. They are paid through official channels or with documented approval and separate invoices. Platform subscriptions, translation, premises and residency costs are not included in package fees.

Standard contracts are included only where expressly stated. If bespoke drafting or specialist legal advice is required, that work and the licensed specialist's fees are defined in a separate quotation before starting.

Handover milestones, payments, cancellation and refund terms are recorded in the agreement before acceptance. Work starts once requirements are complete. Formation packages do not automatically become monthly subscriptions; ongoing operational support after handover is a separate optional service.

Displayed prices are service fees for the stated scope. Government fees, third-party costs and tax, if applicable, are specified in the final quotation before work begins. The 12-month total equals the monthly price multiplied by 12 and includes no assumed annual discount.

Defined scope

Establishment eligibility and requirements are reviewed before the contract starts, and employee limits and included services are expressly specified.

Clear limits

Any transaction outside the agreed scope or above the allowance requires approval and separate pricing before execution. Transactions are not unlimited.

Agreement before commitment

Contract duration, payment, renewal, cancellation and balance rollover are defined in the contractual quotation before acceptance.

Outside monthly support scope

Government fees, platform subscriptions, insurance, penalties, court representation, specialist licenses, specialist accounting and auditing, and any work not stated in the contract.

Digital marketing and advertising packages

Monthly management details

When combining launch and management: First-month fees are SAR 2,400 (SAR 1,500 for launch + SAR 900 for management), then SAR 900 for each subsequent management month. The advertising budget is always separate. Monthly management starts on the agreed date.

Each management cycle runs for one month from the agreed start date, with renewal approved by the client before the next cycle. Launch fees do not recur monthly; a new campaign outside the management scope requires a separate agreement. Tax, if applicable, is clarified in the final quotation before work begins.
