Content and prices help you choose a service. Work commitments begin after reviewing your circumstances and agreeing on scope, requirements and cost. Submitting a form or having an initial conversation does not constitute a final contract.

Prices and fees

Displayed prices are service fees for the stated scope. Government fees, third-party costs and tax, if applicable, are specified in the final quotation before work begins. Scope may vary with the request's circumstances; any quotation amendment requires approval before execution.

Information and authorization

The client supplies accurate information and confirms their authority to request the service and provide required authorization. Do not send passwords or verification codes through the website form.

Timelines and outcomes

The expected timeline is set after review. Authority processing, observations and missing information may affect it. We do not guarantee external approval or exemptions from requirements.

Specialist services and ongoing contracts

The specialist's role and authority are defined when required. Monthly contracts specify included services, limits, renewal, cancellation and excess work. A package does not automatically include every directory service.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are stated in the quotation before acceptance, based on the work completed and fees paid to third parties, while respecting applicable statutory rights.
