Monthly Google Business Profile management

What is included?

• Manage one existing location profile for one monthly cycle.
• Prepare and publish 4 posts with simple designs using client content and photos, with one approval round before publication.
• Review information weekly and update hours, contact details and changing information supplied by the client within the existing profile.
• Draft and publish replies to up to 20 reviews per month in an approved style, referring complaints requiring facts to the client.
• A monthly summary of completed work and performance metrics available in the profile.

Not included

• Initial setup or comprehensive profile improvement, suspended-profile reinstatement, ownership disputes and additional locations.
• Advertising and ad spend, photography, customer conversation management, purchased reviews, or guaranteed ranking/sales.
• Posts, review replies or work beyond the stated allowances, and repeated changes after approval.

What do we need from you?

An accessible existing profile, monthly client-supplied materials, and approval of content/replies where required.

Delivery and handover

SAR 290 for each monthly cycle from the agreed start date. Renewal requires client approval before the next cycle and may be stopped without committing to another cycle. Unused allowances do not roll over automatically; extra work requires a prior quote and approval.
